Optional Winter Occupancy
Information on our 12 month Holiday Park Licence will be available at reception for any owners wishing to take the option to occupy their holiday home during the winter months. The total Winter Fee to stay will be £852.00 (Approx.)
Electricity Charges
The annual standing charge levied by Scottish Power for the supply of electricity is approximately £269.00 which includes the uplift of refuse, subject to increase from 1st of April each year. This is payable by all owners each year in July. Meters are read in October and all units used are charged at the current rate.
Calor Gas
Calor Gas is on sale throughout the year during normal Office hours. We also offer a delivery service on a Sunday for a small nominal charge.
Insurance
To enable us to conform to new codes of practice, all caravans on the Holiday Park must be adequately insured. We are able to offer Holiday caravan owners competitive Insurance rates on a "New for Old" basis. The rate is £12.08 per thousand for 10 ft wide models and £11.13 per thousand for 12 ft models (inclusive of Insurance Premium Tax at 5%). The minimum cover for each structure is £17,000.00 with contents from £1,500.00. The Standard Excess for any claim you have to pay for loss or damage is £50.00.
